I learned more than I thought I could in such a short time. The week was more intense than I expected.
The contacts alone in future years will be very meaningful.
I rate MCCFP effective as a leadership program based on the career paths of former graduates, very effective.
The PBL experience was excellent. It helped me understand better the group dynamics. I also learned about the grant writing process and how to "sell" the product.

MCCFP is more of a team building program than a leadership program, but a leader must be able to be an effective team-member.
The program exceeded my expectations. I didn't expect to gain so much knowledge in such a short time period. I have a better understanding of how community college's play a viable and integral role in shaping our communities.
I would recommend and encourage faculty/staff at my college to participate in this dynamic program. By gaining more information and a better understanding of how to empower our communities we are in a better position to move forward.
It seems that a systematic approach for selecting applicants is in place for selecting Fellows with appropriate skills, educational background and the passion to be community college leaders.
MCCFP instructional materials were highly appropriate and resourceful. In hindsight, I would recommend that information be incorporated regarding "listening" skills.
Scale back on some of the activities and allot more time for teams to dedicate to the PBL component.
In most respects the program meet my expectations. It was well prepared, involved a lot of teamwork, and was a lot of fun.

The PBL project was a huge assignment, consider reducing that project and maybe allowing for teamwork on a smaller project.
