Leadership Featured Programs During the 2007 MCCFP Retreat
MCCFP initiates each class of Fellows with a week-long retreat, which includes training sessions and simulations on topics such as community change, building consensus, energizing entrepreneurs, economic development, and the politics of education. During the week, all participants are introduced to a Problem-Based Learning (PBL) activity and are divided into learning teams.
